pop pop pop pop musik


popcorn. homemade. not microwave, ass. needing a snack, i headed for the kitchen but nothing appealed. i made popcorn recently and wasn’t dazzled. this time i decided to up the flavors. right on, delish. i began with a large pasta pot on high heat, added enough canola oil to just cover the bottom. i added ¼ cup of arrowhead mills organic popcorn and put the lid on. (note: keep your unpopped popcorn kernels in the frigo, this will produce a better finished product.) about a minute later, the popping began, shake the pot whilst the corn pops. i pulled out my mister misto that i had filled with fresh rosemary from my herb garden and topped off with good olive oil. when the kernels stopped popping i poured them into a large bowl and sprayed heavily with my rosemary olive oil, i then added salt and powdered garlic. i repeated until i had a nice coating of flavors then grated parmesan over it for an extra hit. that was it, that is what made it. this takes minutes and is way better than any corn you’ve had. eat it.
