you’ll need:
½ cucumber, peeled
2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
½ a clove of finely minced or pressed garlic
salt
a handful of parsley
a pinch of ground cayenne pepper
freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of white wine or champagne vinegar
1 blender
you'll do:
